Our Story

Year Up has a simple mission—to close the Opportunity Divide by providing young adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education. We set out to connect motivated, talented individuals to livable wage careers and have served more than 10,000, 18-24 year-olds in their journeys across the Opportunity Divide.
